Hovering in the Hermit Phase:Falling Into Grace

Suspended in this Self-Imposed solitary haze,

Praying that is just a phase, endless waves of questions raised,

Where does this soul fit into this god forsaken place?

I must find out without delay for my sanitys sake,

Clarity certainly craved, trapped in the hermit phase

As my being begins to dissolve into the gavel of this grave of self inflicted pain,

Am I insane?

Drifting about in this dismal daze,

Insides inflamed, on transcendent thoughts I graze

Hibernating in the void, a girl with no name,

Perception irrevocably reframed,

This egoic mind must be tamed,

For its lamented lies are depraved,

Wishing that its silent whispers would suffocate,

May every word it attempts to say be left Breathless, no more words to say,

Yearning for the day when these egoic flames are no longer claimed,

Incinerating before they even wake

Wondering how much more I can take

With waves upon waves of solace, tears erased,

Evermore wiped from this storied face, gone without a trace,

Ah sweet conciliatory relief, at last safe,

Enveloped in resolves embrace,

From the dead this ancient soul once more raised, resurrected,

Life reclaimed,

Walking into liberation’s pearly gates,

Not a moment too soon, nor a moment too late,

Free falling into grace
